Prove of Yeast Cells in Liquid Culture

The sound cells of yeast rapidly accumulate the redprot® dye, changing to deep blue. Cells damaged by infection or age showing clear shape, but remain faint inside. Later the precipitation of surrounding proteins becomes visible.
